Get to Know Martha Fletcher, DNP
I was born and raised in Charleston and have loved every second of living here! I am married with three children and two dogs. I went to Wofford College and graduated from Emory with a nursing degree. In 2011, I decided to pursue my dreams of getting my Doctorate of Nurse Practitioner at MUSC. I have worked at Palmetto Primary Care for the last 8 years on Daniel Island.
I began my passion with aesthetic injections and skincare in my late 30s when I started pursuing treatment options to “slow down the hands of time” on my own skin. Seeing such amazing results, I decided to invest in educational training and perfect my skills as an injector. I have been to NYC, Chicago, Atlanta., and Toronto to train with some of the top aesthetic injectors. Continuing education and specialized injection trainings are very important to me in order to give my clients the safest and most natural results. With this field constantly evolving, I love learning the latest techniques and about new products I can introduce into my clients’ routine.
I am passionate about dispelling the myth that having injections will result in a fake or overfilled look. I believe you can achieve natural results and a more youthful appearance with subtle tweaks. I work closely with my clients to understand THEIR goals, and we work out a plan to achieve the natural look that helps them look and feel their best! Patient satisfaction and safety are my top priorities. I always follow up with patients after two weeks to ensure they are happy with their results.
